In my free resource library (you will receive the password when you subscribe to my email list at the bottom of this page), you can download a free printable Staff Shout Out Book to help boost staff and teacher morale in your school. The book includes 17 printable pages and is a free and simple way to boost a positive feeling in your building! This is a great simple activity to enhance the climate and culture amongst the staff. Every page has uplifting quotes for educators. The cover has simple directions to share a compliment and then pass the book on.
Depending on the size of your building, you may want to make a few copies at a time, fill out some anonymous positive comments to your colleagues, and drop them off in their mailboxes! It's so fun to create a positive buzz in your building. In the video below I teach you how to bind these books. Don't worry, it's super simple! You can also use this technique to bind social stories or coping skills books, journals etc. All you need for this project is paper, a printer, a little bit of cardboard and a stapler! I also like to print the front cover on bright paper.
